Kathleen Welsh, MD
Medical Director, Monarch Laser Services
John Mincey
Owner and President
John Mincey has specialized in the medical laser field since 1976.
Prior to co-founding Monarch Laser Services in 1992, John held sales
and management positions with Cavitron LaserSonics, Merrimack Lasers,
and Sharplan Lasers, and Vice President of NIIC Lasers.
Carolyn Selbicky, RN
Vice President of Nursing Service
A Certified Dermatology Nurse, Carolyn has thirty years of experience
in Dermatology. Carolyn is recognized as an expert in the use of
lasers for hair reduction and frequently lectures on the clinical
use of lasers. In addition, Carolyn consults on the development
of medical practices through the use of cosmetic lasers.
Kathleen Welsh, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Welsh received her medical degree from Harvard Medical school,
and specialized in Dermatology at Stanford University. She also
completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of
California, San Francisco. She is Board Certified in Dermatology
and Internal Medicine, and has specialized in training in the use
of aesthetic lasers for skin resurfacing, hair removal, and the
treatment of facial blood vessels and leg veins.
